Training Starts Tonight!

Pre season training starts tonight - usual location at Heath Park. Training starts at 6 so please arrive in plenty of time so we can start the warm up on time. We want to get a good first session in before the light fades as we only have tonight and next Tuesday to train before our pre season friendly with Llandaff North. See you all later :-)
